Emmett McCarty (Sr.) AKA Pops 
Emmett’s grandfather. Died from lung cancer when Emmett was 24. Raised Emmett and was more like his father than anything.
Nickname: Pops.
Emmett McCarty (Jr.) 
Emmett’s father. Died in private plane crash when Emmett was 5.
Karen McCarty 
Emmett’s mother. Died in private plane crash when Emmett was 5. Didn’t have family when she was alive, as she grew up in foster homes.

It is not mentioned when she died but it was before Emmett's birth.
